London's calling! London Fashion week S/S 2014

It was a rainy Fashion week - the rain literary caught us at every corner, but you could stay under my umbrella!!! And life, after all did not seed so gloomy. I really enjoyed my rainy London with its spontaneous beauty of the clean streets, unconventionally dressed people and cool shows.

The grunge, after quite a few seasons, seemed to fade finally away with a new lady like clean beauty. With a little bit of a gritty look. Lived in, slept in, but not dirty anymore. Volumes come back to vogue, jacquards replace the prints, prints themselves become a symbol and embroidery and lace take their victorious place. Look at some high London season looks and obviously at some fresh cool faces from Sienna to Miroslava!

Mary Katrantzou has found her inspiration in the brogues, trainers and...evening shoes. Never has the print before been so funky!

A brogue, the fanciest shoe print on the Mary Katrantzou huber complicated dress

The trainers shoe looked well as a Spring soft print

And finally some soft volumes and baroque decorations for an evening wear

In the world where prints tend to leave the place to plain colors or sophisticated jacquards,  Mary Katrantzou shows no intent to move away from her favorite signature

Burberry show has given us an amazing tender Summer colors, starting from the sweetest blue, new ladylike pink and mint green. Those overlaid warm coats looked perfect with transparencies and laces. The look was fresh and super feminine

The rose petals just reminded us of a fragile beauty, Christian Beil has displayed. We absolutely loved it!
